The ordering process is pretty straightforward.

In its simplest form, it's like any other ordering procedure:

1. Decide what you want,
2. Communicate your request to Fenwick Parva Press, and
3. Pay for it.

Fenwick Parva has a standard order form; there's a link to it below. Before you look at it though, there are a few things you should know:

• You're under no obligation to use the order form. It's here for your convenience. It does tell you precisely what data Fenwick Parva Press needs in order to process your order, but they will accept an order in any legible format.

  On the other hand, if you want to use it to submit an order by snail-mail, you should be able to print it out very easily; it's designed to fit a standard sheet of typing paper.

  
  

• The order form does list the characteristics of an order that may be submitted without prepayment. Please carefully note these.

  
  

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payment is requested in US funds, whether the order is prepaid or not.

  
  

• The Shipping and Handling Charge is US$5.50 for shipments within the United States and US$12.50 for other destinations (on the order form, this appears as and additional $7.00). Shipments within the United States are sent via Priority Mail; shipments to other nations are shipped by the most appropriate means.

  
  

• Fenwick Parva Press accepts cash (strongly discouraged), checks, and money orders. Prepaid orders from within the US are shipped promptly. Prepaid orders from elsewhere will be shipped when the payment instrument clears.

  
  

• For orders from most European countries, we can accept wiretransfers. Please e-mail for routing instructions.

  
  

• We don't accept credit cards, because we think we've come up with something better: WE'LL TRUST YOU!!! Non-prepaid orders will be shipped with an invoice. Payment in full is ordinarily expected within thirty calendar days of shipment, BUT:

  
  

  • If you are ordering on an institutional purchase order and your procurement procedures will not permit payment within thirty days, please be sure your payment terms are clearly stated on your order.

    
    

  • If you have some other reason for needing a special payment arrangement, let us know with your order. If necessary, a member of our staff can phone you to work out the details.
